Point Cloud Productions, S.L. produces volumetric content intended for adults. This policy explains the rules we apply to that production and to this Website.

1. Adults only

Our productions are intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or over — or the age of majority in their country of residence, whichever is higher. Access to this Website requires a prior age confirmation, and any distribution channel we use applies the age verification measures required in each jurisdiction.

This Website does not display explicit imagery. The visuals published here are abstract representations of our technology.

2. Everyone we record is an adult and has consented

Before any capture session:

• We verify the age and identity of every performer with an official identity document, and we keep a record of that verification.
• Every performer signs a written agreement covering the scope of the recording, the uses authorised and the territories and formats of distribution.
• Consent is specific, informed and revocable in the terms agreed. Nobody is recorded without prior, express and documented consent.
• Records are kept for the periods required by applicable law and are treated as confidential.

3. What we never produce or host

• Any material involving minors, or persons appearing to be minors, in any context. This is an absolute limit with no exception.
• Non-consensual material, including recordings obtained without consent and intimate images distributed without authorisation.
• Content depicting real, non-simulated violence, coercion or exploitation.
• Content involving animals, or any other conduct unlawful under Spanish or European law.

Any suspicion of child sexual abuse material is reported to the competent authorities.

4. Reporting content

If you believe that content produced or distributed by us breaches this policy, infringes your rights, or shows you without your consent, write to contact@neurovicevr.com with:

• A description of the content and where you found it.
• The reason for the report.
• A contact address so we can reply.

We acknowledge reports without undue delay and, in urgent cases — in particular reports of non-consensual material or of a person who was a minor — we suspend access to the content while we investigate. You will be informed of the outcome and of the means to challenge it.

5. Removal of your own content

If you took part in one of our productions and wish to withdraw your consent for future exploitation, write to privacy@neurovicevr.com. We will process the request under the agreement signed and applicable data protection law.

6. Parental control

This site is labelled with the RTA (Restricted To Adults) meta tag, recognised by parental control software. If minors have access to this device, we recommend enabling filtering tools such as those offered by your operating system, your browser or your internet provider.
